Memento Mori: Colorful Meditations on Death

Memento Mori / Remember, you must die..., a series of goache paintings that spell out "MOMENTO MORI" in an abstracted skull alphabet, are meditations on death and impermanence. The letters/ the skulls/the forms are things in states of transition and transformation; they are becoming something else. I want the viewer to get lost in the images, so they will be drawn into the present moment, the moment that (like breath) is continuous and affirms that we are part of a continual process of energetic exchange.
